From September 2023, the timings of our school day will change, these are reflected below. This will ensure 32.5 hours over the course of the week.

Our school hours are:

Nursery:         

Morning Session - 8.45am - 11.30am

Afternoon Session - 12.30pm - 3.15pm  

Reception and Y1-6:

Monday to Friday - 8.45am - 3.15pm 

School Day Timings 

Parkgate is open from 7.45am onwards for the front office. Children can enter class from 8.30am.  Classroom doors close at 8:40am. Registration closes at 8:45am, any children arriving after this time will be recorded as 'late' on their file.  The gates will remain open until 9am, anyone arriving after this time must report to the main office. Offices close at 5pm Monday to Thursday and on a Friday at 4.30pm. 

Children who miss the morning register will receive a late mark.  We encourage the children to be punctual so as to ensure a happy start to the day as well as no learning time missed.  Absence and lateness are reviewed on a regular basis by Mrs Dunn, our Attendance and Punctuality Champion, who may visit families where attendance is poor, or you may be called in for an attendance meeting. Our best learners attend every day and are on time!

Please make sure you are on time to collect your child/ren. If you are going to be late then please make sure you ring the school office to notify them.
