Outdoor learning is an integral part of our curriculum.  Children in Nursery, Reception and Year 1 have access to outstanding outdoors areas, which have been heavily invested in over the last few years. The curriculum for Years 2 - 6 revolves around gardening, orienteering and access to one of our two Forest School areas.

These areas are used all year round.  As such we are requesting that on the relevant days you send your child either with wellies or an old pair of shoes that you do not mind being wet or muddy. (If sending old shoes then a spare pair of socks will also be needed!)

In KS1 we will supply an all in one rain-suit. We have limited rain jackets for Years 2 - 6 so would appreciate children being sent with one.
